- Drive company loan files to closing by coordination all processes, paperwork, and regulatory requirements from initial setup tp post-close.
- Analize customer financial docs for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform income & asste calculations asper program guidelines to ensure underwritting approval.
- Working directly with the customer to fufill loan approval.
- manage documents, rate lock. contract expiration dates, and other deadlines with the specific focus of minimizing jeopardy to the transaction and additional charges to the customer.
- Evaluate the accuracy and quality of initial and new application data and determone how each new data point will affect loan qualification metrics.
- Integrate newly uncovered information into loan files and effectuate new solutions as necessary to continue to drive the process to close.
- Research and veriry the accuracy of documentation such as property title record, property ownership, public record, deeds. leases, surveys, contracts, and agreements needed to produce a clear title.
- Colaborate with the title examiner and underwriter to prepare title insurnace policy and binders and title commiments and with loan closer to preparethe HUD-1 realestate settlement statements
- Ensure all closing instructions are followed as per the closing package and coordinate with a loan officer. mortgage loan processor and underwriter to be sure all underwritting commitments have been astisfied.
